Season 2011-12
Season 2011/12 brought some great results to the club for a range of teams:
Mens 2 entered a division determined to improve on last seasons 5th place. With a mixture of new players and 'experienced' hands, we won 9 out of 10 matches, including tough wins away at Pitmaston and Manor. With no results closer than 6-3, this put us deservedly 1st and has earned us promotion to
division 1.
Mixed 1 had an excellent end to the season coming 3rd which hasn't been achieved since 2008/09 season! With numerous injuries and a huge amount of subs required, the team managed to secure their premier division status for another season, well done all!
Mixed 2 had a well earned promotion finish to the season. We finished a close 2nd to the mighty Manor 2 whom we lost to in our last game of the season, but triumphantly won our play off match 6-3! Here's to a fun season next year in division 1! (Team photo below)

Vets 1 started the season confident of a good chance of promotion only to find our captain wasn't old enough! Injury affected team selection, however the 2 remaining team players and a series of substitutes managed to win all but one game! Many thanks to all the subs who ensured we managed to have a successful season to reach the top division. We finished the season with 9 wins and 1 loss!
And after a brilliant season we found space for another article in the newspaper celebrating our success!!
