Saturday Social Club
Saturday club is all about participation and enjoyment for players aged from 7 upwards
This club is based at Tudor Grange Academy, Bilford Road, Worcester WR3 8HN on Saturday mornings for two hours. It is a relaxed friendly environment where you can pay and play at your leisure.
All abilities are welcome from beginners to those who may have played previously and want to get back into a fun game. We have a number of short and standard racquets available so that you can try out the game without having to buy your own. We play with plastic shuttles and showers are available. We recommend you bring your own drinks and ask that you have CLEAN indoor shoes.
Half the courts for the first hour are for juniors and families offering fitness and informal skills improvement to enable all players to enjoy the game. Parents can play if they would like to or watch - but all juniors under 16 must have an adult with them.
Juniors can then progress to join in with the general play enabling them to become comfortable playing with adults and mixing in with doubles games.
The general play session mixes all the players for doubles games so you will get the opportunity to play with a variety of people at different levels.
